Toying around

i picked up this beauty of a car during my vacation last December. it is really small and really fast.

bored at home, i decided to photograph some trailing lights, and here are the results.

i am a bit disappointed that i did not pick up another one, it was dirt cheap, my bad :(

Photo - Liberation Tower

I remember 10 years ago the Kuwait Towers and the Liberation tower could be spotted from nearly every place in Kuwait City.

With the construction boom, these two icons have been dwarfed, and sadly, can be sighted from only a few spots in Kuwait City now.

This is a shot of the Liberation Towers on a clear night. The shot is taken from the Gulf Street.

Strange photos

That is the a semi circle ad board that was down for some maintenance work.

People were happily walking under it and having some fun : )

Cool photography - Long exposure and a cigarette

This is one of the many photos we clicked while fooling around with the exposure times on my camera and a borrowed cigarette.

We even managed one where I drew horns behind my friend's head.

Tinker around with the simple setting of exposure, grab a cigarette and have fun !

Silhouette shots

took these two shots a couple of months ago during a picnic. on the camera the photo looked fine, but when i see it on my computer it is looking dark and my friend's silhouette can not be seen clearly.

must be my computer's screen setting i guess since most of my photographs look dark when i check them on my computer.

Too many experiments

i have been toying around a lot with my camera since i bought it a few months ago.

after some experimentation, i got a clean photo of the moon.

i still think it could be improved a little bit more since this one is not as bright as i would like it to be.

none the less, let the experiments continue !
